Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SoulHay ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use SoulHay. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Description of Service

SoulHay is a habit tracking and personal development mobile application that helps users build positive habits, track their progress, and achieve their personal goals. The App provides tools for habit management, progress analytics, and motivational features.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use SoulHay for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the App
• Use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws

In-App Purchases

SoulHay offers in-app coin purchases to enhance your experience. Please note:

• All purchases are one-time transactions - we do not offer subscription services
• Coins are virtual currency used within the App for premium features
• Purchases are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store)
• All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Most of your personal data remains stored locally on your device.

Intellectual Property

SoulHay and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
